- Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, you must notify us in advance via email or phone. While sharing the reason for cancellation is not mandatory, it helps us improve our services for future travelers.
Cancellation fees will be applicable as of the date we receive your request. These fees are calculated to cover the anticipated losses resulting from the cancellation.
Rescheduling Option
Instead of cancellation, customers may choose to reschedule their bookings to a later date, subject to availability. However, cancellations or rescheduling are not allowed within five days of the check-in date.
Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 to 60 working days.
Cancellation Charges
7+ Days Before Check-In: Full refund minus service charges.
3–7 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund minus service charges.
Within 3 Days of Check-In: No refund.

Special Conditions
Non-refundable deposits may be required for bookings during peak seasons or special events (e.g., New Year).
Complaints and Assistance
